Our Bedrooms

We love our corner of South West London, and we just know you will too.

We think a stay of two nights is pretty perfect. A little less? You’ll have a great time (we promise), but there’s just so much to see and do in and around Kew that you’ll wish you had an extra night with us.

Staying for longer? We’ll give you all the hints and tips to make sure Kew props the top of your city break hitlist, time and time again.

There’s plenty. Spend the day at the ever-so beautiful Kew Gardens, explore The Thames riverside or venture into the bustle of Richmond where there’s something for everyone.

And we love to share personal recommendations, so feel free to ask us when you’re here. We’re a friendly bunch.

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our pub to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple (and perhaps a little ear scratch for pub dog Taffy).

Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back.

Check-out is by 11am.

Brekkie is served from 7am on weekdays, and 8am on weekends (we all deserve a little lie-in). If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you can’t quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

We’ve got lots of family-friendly bedrooms. Our Bigger Boutique and Feature Boutique rooms have extra space for cots (for little ones) and a sofa bed for a bigger little ones. Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 are £15 per night.

Our Bigger Boutique rooms are dog-friendly (pub dog Taffy wouldn’t have it any other way).

Just add your dog to your booking (up to two doggo’s can stay with you for £15 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a super-comfy doggy bed, blanket and tasty tail-wagging treats.

We’ve got plenty of on-site parking, both at the back of the pub and in our gated, underground car park. Both are available on a first-come, first-parked basis.

Just a heads up, we’re now located within the ULEZ zone.

Journey to us via Kew Bridge train station (a 10-minute walk) or jump on the District Line to Kew Gardens station (a 12-minute walk).

With bags and not up for walking?  You can usually find cabs just outside (or an Uber) and you’ll be with us in a jiffy.

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.

Of course. When booking online, you have the option to send an invoice in step 2. Missed this step? Not to worry, just ask at Reception and the team will email you a copy. Checked out already? Pop us an email and we’ll send one right over.
