Conference Lunches or Fork Buffets

The Rotary Club of Kew Gardens meets at The Coach & Horses Hotel every Wednesday evening at 7.30 for 8.00 pm.  They enjoy an excellent three-course meal, often accompanied by a guest speaker.  Should you wish to find out more about The Rotarians or enquire about becoming a Member please visit their website, www.kewrotary.org.uk.

Our function room is ideal for conferences and can be set out in a variety of different formats to suit your needs. A full range of food and drink can be provided from tea, coffee and biscuits to formal meals. We are also happy to provide complimentary bottles of mineral water and cordials for your meeting and any delegates are most welcome to take advantage of our free Wi-Fi internet access if required.

Conference equipment is available to hire for a minimal fee.

The menus above are samples as we cater to all tastes and budgets. All of our sample menus are available with vegetarian options on request.
