The staff are exemplary, enthusiastic, professional and look as if they’re enjoying their work. Being very near to Kew Gardens, the decor is very much in keeping without being overdone.
There’s a great range of drinks and excellent food. Nothing is too much trouble and the service is delivered with grace. You can eat informally in the bar or the small library and there’s a beautiful dining room called the Atrium which has magnificent botanical prints around the walls. Very highly recommended.
