Great pub!
With an array of ingredients just coming into season, from romanesco to sprout tops, our dishes are brimming with delicious earthy, wintery loveliness for you to enjoy.
With chef's best gravy by the bottomless boatful, Yorkshire the size of your head, piles high crispy spuds and the best British meat, you're guaranteed something very special.
Our pub is spot-on for any dining occasion; from a hearty Full English or lighter brunch-y dish in the morn, to a delicious lunch in the pub garden, succulent meats on our Sunday roast dishes, and every belt-loosening bite in-between.
Eating seasonally is important to us, and our chefs are changing our menus as often as the weather (that is to say, very frequently) so that you’re always sure to be enjoying ingredients that are at their best right now.

The Christmas-jumpery season is upon us, which calls for the sweet smell of mulled wine and immeasurable merriment.
Our cosy, fire-side nooks and private spaces make us the perfect pub in Kew for creating festive memories with friends and family, as well as the office Christmas party (even if we do say so ourselves). And with our loosen-your-belt festive feast, sharers you simply won’t want to share and our beautiful rooms upstairs to fall into bed, we really are the whole package.
There’s no better way to end the week than at your favourite local pub (that’s us, by the way) sitting near the cosy fire with a large glass of red (very large) in hand, tucking into a hearty Sunday roast.
Our chefs put their heart and souls into our roasts with meat joints roasted to perfection, piles of crispy roasties, giant Yorkshires and gravy by the boatful.
So go get your Sunday paper, ask Landlord Al for your favourite pint and finish off the week the most wonderful way.
Brilliantly run hotel. Friendly, clean, well appointed and great food and beer.
We stayed the night when attending my son’s wedding and definitely recommend this place. Really friendly and helpful staff.
